I was eyeing this wasted space above the aft berths one day while trying to figure out what to do with my fishing poles, broom handle, and small whisker pole.

Here it is! The picture is pretty much self-explanatory. I used some 1" webbing at the aft end and just screwed it to the top (its plywood covered with vinyl) with some shoulder washers. I left three sagging parts in the webbing to put the ends of the poles in. At the forward end, I put sets of hooks for 4 bungee cord attachments. Some items can "share" the same webbing loop at the other end. The bungees are the ones with the little balls on the end to make it easier to put over the hooks.
